It is affiliated to the Council for the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi. It runs classes from Lower Kinder Garten (LKG) to Class XII(Intermediate). Being governed by the Catholic Church of Gorakhpur, a minority community, the school has the primary objective of educating children of the community,most of which is uneducated and is in poverty. However the school does not spare any effort in rendering its services to all people, irrespective of religion, caste and creed and gender, so as to conserve their identity, language and culture. The school got No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Government of Uttar Pradesh in the year 2000 and affiliation to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi on 25 May 2001 and Permanent affiliation in October 2008. In order to cater to the need of the people around the school it was decided in 2001 to open two sections of the primary class. The first batch of Class X (ICSE) was presented for ICSE Board Examinations in 2002 and Class XII of Indian School Certificate(ISC) in 2004.
